Located on a 2 lane State Highway (SH41) called Kakkanad-Pallikara Road, The Landmark area is an important destination as it connects Ernakulam to areas such as Infopark, SmartCity and Wonderla Entertainment Park. According to a recent news this road is due for an upgrade to 4 lane.
Cochin International Airport is about 45 mins for here. Educational institutions such as Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cochin Medical College, Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, Marthoma Public School can be reached with 10 – 15 mins. Beginning from planning stage to execution of project, we have placed great emphasis on the quality of work produced by our team. Design of floor plans, interior and exterior finishing have been done by international experts with the guidance of Indian architects and families. As a result we were able to produce exterior and interior designs that are reflective of modern luxury and contemporary trends, revolving around floor plans that have been designed specifically for Indian family needs.
